Based on the scenic shores of Morecambe Bay, InTouch is a leading National supplier of two-way radio rental systems across the UK.

We have more than 30 years’ experience and are proud to partner with the UK’s major PLC’s, as well as holiday parks and large retail stores.

Our flexible rental contracts allow clients to add or remove equipment in line with their needs whilst ensuring that our systems meet any site-specific requirements.  We make licensing recommendations to ensure the site is operating legally, as well as advising on Health and Safety. For example, we offer lone worker systems for personnel working alone, and hands-free kits for in-vehicle radios. We manage over 500 Ofcom radio licences, issuing and renewing licences and dealing with Ofcom on behalf of our customers.

Our business has been built on an enviable quality of service which enables us to maintain long-term relationships with our customers.

We manage and maintain over 12,000 units of rental equipment to customers throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.  We provide both analogue and digital systems and only use industry-leading handsets and mobiles from Motorola.

We have the knowledge and expertise to recommend the right two-way radio system to suit your business needs.

We are members of Motorola Empower Partner Programme, SAP Ariba, Tradex, Coupa and are Avetta compliant.

InTouch Ltd has run an active R&D programme for over 15 years and is continuously on the lookout for new ideas and partnership opportunities.  Please get in touch if you have any innovation requirements.
